Loss of income due to noise and/or damage to property (breakages, damage, smells, theft) will result in a charge to cover full cost involved on your credit card.

Cancelations

- Cancelations are free of charge until 6 days before arrival. No refund will be given for cancellations made within the 6 days prior to day of arrival .

- Small group bookings (3 rooms) can cancel free of charge until 10 days before arrival. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within the 10 days prior to day of arrival

- Group bookings (4+ rooms) can cancel free of charge until 3 weeks before arrival. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within the 3 weeks prior to day of arrival

- Please note, credit card surcharge will not be refunded.

- Bookings cannot be transferred to other dates if cancelled in the non-refundable time frame.

- No refunds given on early departure.
