Property Guidelines
No smoking inside.
For those who wish to smoke, the main courtyard is available.No vaping inside.
Quietness after 9:30 PM.
No parties or events.
Not suitable for pets.
No boating/fishing groups (sorry!)
Park only in your allocated carpark. Visitors will need to park on the street.
Please respect the property and the comfort of other guests.
If you require assistance to evacuate in the event of a fire, please notify Dominique on check-in.
Accommodation
Apartments sleep 2-3; Cottage sleeps 4
The day bed can be made up on request for an additional $10 per night

Damage & Loss
Guests are responsible for any loss of income, damage, breakages, smells, or theft. Charges to cover the full cost may be applied to the credit card on file.
Deposit & Payment
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged 7 days before arrival.
For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge until 6 days before arrival. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 6 days of arrival.
If you cancel more than 6 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded to the same card used for payment.
Group Bookings:
Small groups (3 rooms) can cancel free of charge until 10 days before arrival. No refund within 10 days of arrival.
Large groups (4+ rooms) can cancel free of charge until 18 days before arrival. No refund within 18 days of arrival.
Flexibility:
Flexibility may be possible in goodwill for changes or cancellations within the non-refundable period. If adequate notice is provided, allowing sufficient response time, and the room can be resold, I may offer a refund of 75% of the total booking. Any arrangements will be confirmed at the time of cancellation.
Bookings cannot be transferred to other dates if cancelled within the non-refundable period.
No refunds are given for early departure.
