Terms & Conditions on Booking

Property Guidelines

  • No smoking inside.
    For those who wish to smoke, the main courtyard is available.

  • No vaping inside.

  • Quietness after 9:30 PM.

  • No parties or events.

  • Not suitable for pets.

  • No boating/fishing groups (sorry!)

  • Park only in your allocated carpark. Visitors will need to park on the street.

  • Please respect the property and the comfort of other guests.

  • If you require assistance to evacuate in the event of a fire, please notify Dominique on check-in.

Accommodation

  • Apartments sleep 2-3; Cottage sleeps 4

  • The day bed can be made up on request for an additional $10 per night

  • Self check-in with instructions sent via email

  • Double-check your booking dates to avoid errors

Damage & Loss

Guests are responsible for any loss of income, damage, breakages, smells, or theft. Charges to cover the full cost may be applied to the credit card on file.

Deposit & Payment

  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay.

  • The remaining balance will be automatically charged 7 days before arrival.

  • For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are free of charge until 6 days before arrival. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 6 days of arrival.

  • If you cancel more than 6 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded to the same card used for payment.

Group Bookings:

  • Small groups (3 rooms) can cancel free of charge until 10 days before arrival. No refund within 10 days of arrival.

  • Large groups (4+ rooms) can cancel free of charge until 18 days before arrival. No refund within 18 days of arrival.

Flexibility:

  • Flexibility may be possible in goodwill for changes or cancellations within the non-refundable period. If adequate notice is provided, allowing sufficient response time, and the room can be resold, I may offer a refund of 75% of the total booking. Any arrangements will be confirmed at the time of cancellation.

  • Bookings cannot be transferred to other dates if cancelled within the non-refundable period.

  • No refunds are given for early departure.

I kindly ask that any changes or questions are sent by email or text message, rather than phone call. I usually check messages once a day and will get back to you as soon as I can.
